Robust, versatile and intuitive, Entry optimises kitchen organisation with standard functions or preset cycles controlled by probe or timer.

It reaches -40°C and delivers cold cycles with high reliability and precision.

It combines compact external dimensions with internal space, with 73 mm tray spacing for optimal airflow, even when using 65 mm trays.

Each cycle can be customised by changing the chamber temperature according to specific needs.
