Product features
Possibility of setting automatic hot/cold cycles, with low-temperature cooking followed by rapid chilling of cooked foods.
The "cold/hot" cycles regenerate frozen products, bringing them to a temperature of +60˚C, ready to be served. Multiple phases can be set for each cycle.
