Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the CONTROLLER hereby informs you that any data that may be acquired through the website will be processed by means of instruments and procedures that are mainly computerised, for the following purposes:
The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and failure to provide even a part of the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for NORMANN Srl to answer your questions. The legal basis for the processing is provided by Art. 6(1)(B) of Reg. 679/16, i.e. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
The data you provide may be disclosed only to employees of NORMANN Srl who are specifically authorised to process such data in their capacity as persons tasked with data processing, and in any case only for the purpose of carrying out the activities you have requested. The appointees are also bound to secrecy and confidentiality on the basis of internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data you provide will be retained for the time prescribed by laws and regulations.
The Data Controller is NORMANN Srl - Via Guglielmo Oberdan 69 - z.i. La Croce, 33074 Fontanafredda (PN) - Italy in the person of its legal representative, whom you may contact to assert the rights set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16. The rights may also be raised to the Data Protection Officer, if the Data Controller has appointed one.
The exercise of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures laid down in the aforementioned Regulation, which you must be aware of and put in place. In accordance with Article 12(3), moreover, the Data Controller will provide the data subject with information on the action taken without undue delay and, at the latest, within one month of receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of this extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request.
